       ·        All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
·        Custom‑printed items may require additional time depending on design complexity.
·        Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping time

       ·         Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
·        Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer
·        Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

        ·        We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
 ·        No hidden fees or additional delivery charges.

4. Order Tracking

       ·        Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
·        Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect on the courier’s system.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Fhotoclick is not responsible for:

        ·        Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
 ·        Failed deliveries caused by the customer not being available
 ·        Re‑delivery charges (if applicable)

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for re‑shipping arrangements.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

        ·        If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
 ·        If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India.
